Scenic Earth Studios Anti-Spam Policy

We hate spam just as much as anyone and we get our share of it that goes right into the trashcan. We refuse to put our customers through such abuse and do not even keep emails or customer information on our website so there is no fear of having the site hacked or have your personal information shared, emailed or sold for a profit. We refuse to send spam to anyone and ask our customers to refrain from doing the same. Our purpose is to create art and share it with the world, not your personal information or to clutter up your email inbox.

Spamming is against the law

The federal anti-spam law went into effect on January 1st, 2004 and preempts all state laws. While this law will not stop all spam, it does make most spam illegal and ultimately less attractive to spammers. The law is specific about requirements to send commercial email and empowers the federal government to enforce the law. The penalties can include a fine and/or imprisonment for up to 5 years.
