This exhibit is just a soft opening of exhibits to come. Landscapes makes up the beauty that surrounds us. This exhibit is just a celebration of our surroundings that give us peace, tranquility and wide open space to enjoy this thing we call Life. That is what this exhibit is all about. Enjoying the beauty of the great outdoors through fine art paintings and photography.

This small exhibit will kick off an entire year of new online exhibits every week. In two more weeks, the second gallery exhibit will open called 'The Art of the West: The Spirit of Freedom. These are some of my smallest paintings in size but ones that I hope you will embrace enough to embrace and exhibit in your own home to add to your own landscape environment and add color to your life. Welcome to a collection born from wide-open spaces, the spirit of the wild west, and the quiet strength of the American frontier. There is something nostalgic and very much American when you see images and stories about the “Wild West” so when I moved to Florida, I was pleasantly surprised to see how much the western culture was and still is very much alive in Florida. From horse farms in Ocala to ranches in Okeechobee, this artwork has been inspired by photographs I have taken and paintings I have painted that capture the spirit of the west.

To me, the American West has never just been a place on a map. It is a state of mind. It represents grit, enduring beauty, and the profound ability to stand tall and survive great storms. This collection was painted and photographed during a deeply personal season of loss, grief, and healing. Channeling my focus away from the noise of the modern world and into the timeless landscapes of the West became my sanctuary.

Every brushstroke, color choice, and captured lens angle in this gallery is an celebration of what it means to be wild, free, and unbroken. True beauty cannot be faked—it is forged through time, patience, and integrity. Whether it is the solitary silhouette of a cowboy on the ranch, the untamed energy of wildlife, or the rugged peace of a desert canyon, these pieces are created to bring a sense of grounding strength into your home.
