Q: I am receivng errors when trying to view your website, what can I do to correct this?
A: Some of the older or proprietary web browsers such as AOL have been known
to have problems supporting newer versions of client-side scripts such as
JavaScript and VB Script. Try upgrading your browser first to either
Microsoft Internet Explorer or
Netscape Navigator.
Both of these browsers are free and well worth the time it may take to upgrade. If you are
still experiencing problems with my website after upgrading, please send me the error(s) that
you are receiving along with the url page address where you received the error to
ScenicEarth@aol.com |

Q: I want to order an item from your website
but am new to ordering products over the internet, how can I be sure I will get what I paid
for and do you have other customers you could refer me to? |
| A: I definitely understand your concerns and yes I do have many
customers who have purchased prints and original paintings from me over the last 5 years
and have never had any problems at least that were reported to me. I also partner with
other websites such as dArt fine art,
Ebay and Yahoo Auction Sites that allow
customer feedback and comments about sellers. If you would like to talk to any of my current or previous customers, just
click here to see some of their
comments.

Q: What are some of the mediums and tools you use to create your artwork? |
| A: I mostly work with acrylic and watercolor for my paintings but
use a wide variety of mixed media including oil paint, pen and ink, colored pencils,
airbrush, spray paint, pastels as well as digital software such as PaintShop Pro,
PhotoShop, 3D Studio Max, LightWave 3D and CorelDraw. |
Q: I am located in a different country,
state or region but would be interested in hiring someone with your skills
for a contracting assignment, can you work offsite remotely and still provide the services
I am looking for? |
| A: Yes, I have worked remotely for customers before and can
send you file updates either by mail or over the internet.
Q: What kind of paper stock do you use for
your prints and how good is the quality?
| A: All of our prints are printed on Kodak
paper and come on a standard high gloss or matte finished paper stock for the best quality
at a decent price. Since everyone is familiar with the Kodak name, I have relied upon their
products for the best print reproductions. Also, any prints that we sell that include matting are
Acid-free mat boards to help preserve the print and help slow down the 'aging process'
or turning yellow over time.

Q: What is your return policy?
| A: For any Prints that you purchase, I can return it for a full
refund as long as it is in the same condition (brand new and excellent condition). Just
return it to me and once I receive it, I will send you an email to verify receipt of the item
and either get a check out to you or a refund online using Billpoint,
Paypal or whichever method you used to pay me originally.
For Original Paintings and Digital Stock Images, I cannot offer a return because paintings are
one of a kind and cannot be replaced. If you buy an original painting, it is yours to own. Hang on to it, it will
be worth a lot more one day to somebody. For digital images, I cannot offer a return just for the simple reason
that if you see an image that you like online and want a digital copy of it,
then what you see is what you get, there shouldn't be a reason for a return.
